As a consultant we analyse and suggest improvement for the situation the customer is in at this moment. We provide the knowledge and experience, but the customer remains the owner of the challenge, but more importantly, he owns the solution!
As a consultant, we work closely with our customers. By building a good relationship, we are jointly able to gain more insight into the dynamics of the internal, but perhaps also external environment of our customers. This allows us to know our customers well and we know the capabilities of the organisation.
